  • "Spider-man will bring down Norman Osborn and end the "Dark Reign"

  • After finding Cage's kid and dealing with Stranges issues they get wrapped up in an ongoing battle with the Dark Avengers, which effectivly keeps them in the Dark as to what Osborn and the Cabal are really up to until things really hit the fan and the nex
  • Another street level hero joins the team.
  • At some point, Thor will become a member of the New Avengers.
  • Bendis gets bored. Moves on to something else!
  • Bendis is gone
  • Bendis leaves New Avengers at the end of '09.
  • Bendis will leave, giving the book a chance to recover from his truly atrocious run.

  • Normon will be found out as a phony that he is but a new and powerful Masters of Evil will come back
  • Nothing will happen in this book for another year.

  • Remains the best Avengers title, and Slott's writing Mighty Avengers brings out the competitive best in both authors and both books are better than ever.

  • Tension between Captain America and Cage.
  • That Dark Reign will be interesting.
  • That eitehr Luke Cage or Jessica Jones will have to cross the "point of no return" line, to get the baby back
  • That I still won't be buying New Avengers.
  • that it will continue to be terribly written and drawn and that i WONT be picking it up (unfortunately) until someone with TALENT comes on board
  • The comics will actually have Avengers stories in them more often than not - a startling new approach to Avengers comics.
